Return and Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase please review our policy on exchanges and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
We only accept exchanges and do not accept cancellation of orders or returns for a refund.
Conditions for Exchanges
In order for the items to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
- The items were purchased in the last 14 days
- The items were not used or damaged
- Notification of damaged items are given within 3 days of receiving the item. A store credit or exchange for the same item will be given.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are damage or lost during return shipment. We recommended getting tracking on the package. We are not able to exchange or give credit for items that do not have proof of sale or proof of return delivery.
